The best way to refresh your wardrobe without buying an entirely new wardrobe (something I wish I could do everyday) is to ACCESSORIZE. I'm loving this necklace from bebe.com. It's chic, affordable and a great statement piece. I'd wear it with a white "wife beater," as I call them (perhaps I've watched one too many episode of Cops). I would pair it with jeans & stilettos.
